Your earrings are made for everyday wear, but not everyday handling. We suggest earrings be put on and stay on for optimal use and wear. When we remove them for bed, workouts, showering, they can weaken and the brass can turn over time. Also, keep them away from perfume and excessive water to avoid discolouring.
All our products contain materials that are imported and made with love. Lead Free Nickel Free Base, Brass Metal Alloy / Hypo-allergenic backs Please be care and make sure your earrings are stored in a safe place, keep them away from perfume and excessive water to avoid discolouring. Some pieces may be delicate so take care of your jewels when wearing and storing. Damage from careless wear or storage is not the responsibility of Humans Before Handles. For a light cleaning, we recommend a soft, jewelry wipe.
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer an exchange on unworn and undamaged faulty items that still have the earring card and backs attached, but you must let us know within 48 hours from receipt by emailing us at email@example.com quoting your order number. Please understand all products featuring cubic zirconia, and brass finishes will vary in appearance. This is not considered a flaw in the product and will not be the reason for replacement.
